5 Year Golden Visa

If you’re a foreign national of 21 years of age or above, you can be eligible for Oman golden visa for 5 years by fulfilling one of the following conditions:

Put at least OMR 250,000 into bonds issued by the Omani government.
Buy a home with a minimum worth of OMR 250,000, or multiple completely built homes. issued by the Omani government.
Invest at least OMR 250,000 into an Omani business.

Retirees who match the following criteria may also apply for this programme:

  • While applying, they must be at least 60 years old.
  • They must present documentation proving they have worked in Oman for at least two years.
  • Submission of a personal account statement from an Oman-based bank for a period of at least six months, demonstrating a minimum monthly income of RO4,000.
  • Submission of a residential lease or a house deed in the applicant's name.

You can benefit from a number of things as a bearer of Oman golden visa for 5 years, including:

  • Possibility of hiring up to three employees for domestic or private labour.
  • The opportunity to work or engage in economic activity in Oman.
  • Renewable resident cards that last for two years.

10 Year Golden Visa

  • Create a business in Oman that has no minimum investment barrier requirements and at least 50 Omani nationals as employees.
  • Anybody with a public or closed joint stock, another business, or shares of that business having a market worth of at least RO500,000.
  • Buy a home with a minimum worth of OMR 500,000, or multiple completely built homes.
  • Invest a minimum of OMR 500,000 in an Omani-based limited liability company, closed joint stock company, or Omani government bonds.

You'll have access to various benefits as a bearer of a golden visa in Oman for 10 years, including:

  • Possibility of hiring up to three employees for domestic or private labour.
  • The opportunity to work or engage in economic activity in Oman.
  • Renewable resident cards that last for three years.
  • The right to live with first-degree relatives without restriction on the number of people.
  • Using the Omanis-only queues at airports and other locations.
  • Possession of a single property for residential, commercial, or industrial reasons outside of ITC projects. With the exception of the restriction against non-Omanis holding property, this privilege may be transferred to another person.
  • Possibility of issuing relatives with visiting visas.
